TBI (TBI-Bailey) is now a division of
the ABB Inc, Analytical Instrumentation Group. Based out of Reno,
Nevada USA, we continue to design and manufacture a broad range of pH, ORP (Redox), and
conductivity sensors, analyzers and transmitters for the pulp & paper,
chemical, water treatment and power industries. These products include:

TB5 and TBX5 series pH and ORP
sensors
For use in chemical, industrial, scrubber, waste treatment, and pulp and
paper applications, these sensors are designed with our Solid Matrix and
Next Step reference for superior stability and resistance to process
contamination, providing for a more robust measurement.

TB4 series 4-electrode
conductivity sensors
Unlike 2-electrode conductivity sensors/cells which are limited to a
measurement range of typically three decades according to their cell
constants, the 4-electrode design allows
for a broad conductivity range (200 to 2,000,000 µS/cm), while overcoming
scaling and polarization. Additionally, the TB4 sensor is designed
with a small form factor allowing for greater flexibility in mounting.

TB2 series 2-electrode
conductivity sensors
These 2-electrode sensors are designed for low conductivity and pure
water applications. The TB2 series sensors polished surface resists
scaling and may be used right out of the box without the need for process
calibration.

TB404 series electrodeless
(toroidal) conductivity sensors
The PEEK® cladded TB404 toroidal (or electrodeless)
conductivity sensors are design for use in corrosive applications or where
coating/scaling is a concern. The TB404 features a measuring range of 400 to
2,000,000 µS/cm. Mounting options include submersible, in-line,
hot-tap (ball valve retractable), and Tri-clamp.

TB8 series analyzers and
transmitters
These easy to use transmitters have FM, CSA, ATEX approvals for use in
hazardous area classifications. The TB82 series two-wire DC powered
transmitters are available with HART, FOUNDATION
fieldbus or PROFIBUS PA digital communications.
Additionally, ABB is an
industry leader in supplying liquid and gas analyzers. This comprehensive
offering includes online dissolved oxygen (ppb and ppm), silica, phosphate,
sodium ion, chloride, fluoride, nitrate, hydrazine, turbidity, Zirconia
